We will open our restaurant in Basel in December 2019. The restaurant has available 40 seats inside and 30 seats in the outdoor area. The restaurant is in the making and will indulge their guests with seasonal à la carte dishes of the Asian fusion kitchen.

Your area of responsibility:
The preparation and cooking of the dishes (especially dumplings) and the daily setup are part of your tasks.
You are responsible for the execution of cleaning work in the kitchen.
Besides that, you are responsible for the compliance of the hygiene concept (HACCP).
Your profile:
You are a reliable and flexible person, which optimally brings along several years of experience as an assistant cook.
Ideally you are equipped with broad knowledge of the Chinese cuisine.
Your commitment to quality, your clean and properly way of working as well as your passionate style of cooking are important requirements to cope with this responsible position.
Furthermore, you have good language skills in English or German, every other language is an added advantage.
