Your responsibilities
With cool things like Design Thinking, Design Sprints and Lean UX you will actively work together with product teams to increase value for our customers. Any concept you create will be based on user research and metrics and not on your personal style and opinion. But that's actually something we won't have to tell you. Right?
Your profile

• At least 3+ years of professional product design experience


• Be senior and be able to explain why you're senior


• Provide strategic thinking, UX Design leadership as well as support and consultancy to Tamedia companies.


• A bachelor's or higher degree in interaction design, human-computer interaction, or related fields.


• Be data driven. Know your KPIs and tell us a funny story about numbers


• Be pragmatic and have an open personality, at the same time be funny. Or at least appreciate humor


• English is our business language, (Swiss) German is a big plus

A portfolio provided together with the CV is much appreciated.
