MAIN PURPOSE


 


Part of the Group Technology - Clients & Services department, the mission of B2B Product Group is supporting the B2B strategy of Richemont Maisons in leveraging worldwide various Digital B2B products.


 


Reporting to the B2B Product Group Manager, the product owner will lead and manage the major B2B solution of the group with the purpose of creating Customer Centric Services.


 


Therefore you will be in charge of supporting the Scrum team and our counterpart in the business side. You will be in charge of the road map and transform the expectation of the business on a relevant, reliable and user-oriented solution.  You will be part of the new journey of the B2B solutions within a huge digital global transformation project.


 


You will liaise directly with Richemont business teams, their agencies and grant the adherence with the Richemont Group architectures, solutions, tools and overall implementation framework.


 


 


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


 



  • Develop the product roadmap of feature and capabilities to ensure alignment of product development efforts with business strategic plans

  • Participate in backlog grooming and sprint commitments (as needed) to ensure that the right capabilities are developed

  • Work with business analysts to ensure that business goals are understood and reflected in the features and user stories to be developed

  • Understand business needs and priorities at a tactical and a strategic level, providing communication and coordination between the relevant partners and the product development team.

  • Own the product and its capabilities and ensure that the business priorities are reflected in the committed work of the development team.

  • Focus on ensuring that the product value proposition and desired business capabilities are reflected in the product developed to ensure the success of the business endeavor.

  • Define the project main streams and release plans

  • Apply and promote processes defined within the Department /Pillar/Group/Team and make sure they are well understood


 


PROFILE


 



  • You have a minimum of 6 years of experiences as project management or product owner in Digitalization of business processes like B2B , retail, after-sales, eCommerce and in an international context..

  • Youhave Product Owner experience

  • You're experienced creating user stories

  • You've developed a Product Roadmap of Feature and capabilities to ensure product development efforts align with business strategic plans

  • You've worked in a dynamic, Agile environment

  • You possessvery goodwritten and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with team members at various levels, including business leaders

  • You have a real passion for and the ability to learn

Technical Skills


 



  • Experiences in digital services like B2B, B2C, eCommerce and/or after-sales

  • Understanding of Web and mobile technologies, like WeChat including system integration concepts (iDoc, RESTful, SOAP, JSON, etc.)

  • General technical knowledge and experience with SAP, Sale forces CRM, FI/CO and/or SAP-PI (Process Integration)


 


Education


 



  • Graduate in Engineering School, Master’s degree in Digital/Web technology, Computer Science or related field

  • Familiar with agile methodology

  • Project management certification (e.g PMI, or equivalent) is an asset

  • Knowledge of SAP environment will be appreciated

  • Fluent in English
