Opportunity for a Service Program Portfolio Manager (m/f/d) to help our team capitalize on our rapid growth opportunities. As a member of the Service Marketing team, the incumbent will be responsible for identifying, documenting, and executing service growth strategies for our service programs business. These growth strategies will be developed through expert use of Voice of the Customer discussions to discern customer segments, economics [willingness to pay and cost to serve], competitive dynamics, targeting, development of offerings for each target segment, and development of all go-to-market approaches including channel, positioning, pricing and promotion.
The role:
Develop a vision of the future state of services delivery and then implement that vision with tailored service programs targeting specific markets and geographies.
Support and provide marketing guidance to Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
Drive continual Observational / Voice of the Customer (OVOC / VOC) activities to validate market and segmentation understanding, anticipate and test customer needs
Identify target customers, use cases and “personas”, drive and own definition of Value Propositions and business case economics
Provide strategic guidance and work closely with marketing communications to build brand and drive sales through demand generation activities
Lead overall commercial excellence – value propositions, segmentation, sales tool kits, pipeline development activities, customer events, channel and corporate account development planning
Promote strong market orientation and influence strategy formulation and investment decisions

We’re looking for
Position requirements:
Undergraduate degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, Economics or an Engineering or Technical field. An MBA is strongly preferred.
6-10 years of working experience, with significant experience in strategic marketing, channel marketing and/or product marketing. In a global leadership capacity.
Demonstrated experience working with distribution, end users, and OEM customers across the complete product lifecycle, including NPI, portfolio management, sales forecasting/delivery, relationship management, etc.
Working experience and industry & domain knowledge in service programs for the industrial manufacturing markets.
The candidates must be able to balance theoretical thought with practical. Successful candidate will have strong influence skills and will have proven they can lead and drive results within a cross-functional and cross-cultural teams. In addition, he/she should possess the following competencies:Marketing Skills, Program / Project Management, Leadership, Results-Oriented.
Experience with dealing with industrial customer segments across complex programs
Automation industry background with a solutions mindset
