Global Sales Leader MARINE - Tanksystem

a key member of global sales team within our Marine business, reporting to General Manager Marine, you will be focusing on new build order quotation and sales support for Marine Portables and business development across Marine (Fixed and Portables). You will be driving innovation on offerings and products through deep understanding of market, product insights and competition. Whilst supporting marketing You will bring effective vale propositions, compelling arguments to position Honeywell Marine offerings v/s competition. The Role


· Responsible for Order, Revenue and Margin AOP (Annual Operating Plan) for Portable Marine Business globally


· Grow win rate & market share new builds globally, drive price premium working with shipowners/own owner benefit document/value proposition


· Work closely with sales, Operations and leadership to establish strategies, drive results and improve customer relationship, as measured by retained customers, new customers, order value growth metrics


· Constantly evaluate geography expansion and market reach opportunities. Review and recommend channel/agent presence through systematic data analytics working closely with sales and marketing


· Gain competitive offers insight, market changing trends – feed them to functions to increase win rates


· Win loss analysis on new builds and articulating insights, recommending actions to functions to improve new build sales win rate


· Work with spares/services team to comprehensively build Honeywell Marine solution articulation in the trade shows, exhibitions and at customer meetings

We’re looking for


· Strong knowledge of Marine tank gauging/instrumentation market with business management mindset


· 8-10 years’ experience in similar role in Marine industry.


· Proven track record of managing technology products (sales/ops/product management/product management & marketing), consultative selling and account planning.


· Confidence is applying variety of sales strategies


· Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate closely with colleagues globally
