This is an opportunity for you to lead and increase sales in your region and to develop relationships with customers, such as Brand Owners, Retailers and Packaging Design Agencies.
Main Responsibilities
You will maintain and develop existing business, manage and consult established customers and seek new business opportunities within your region. When onsite with customers, you will share product knowledge and be a best-in-class partner to delivering solutions.
This role can be based in Germany, Austria or Switzerland.
Key Activities
Planning - Prepare comprehensive territory plans to develop key account strategies for both new and existing customers. Develop sales & market strategies for assigned products, solutions and services.
Evaluating – Listen and understand to our customer’s needs and requirements while pairing them with the best solutions. Consistently update and maintain all opportunities in Salesforce.
Delivering - Skillfully executing each phase of the sales process from pipeline generation to closing the deal. Through consultative value selling, design customer-centric solutions and build commercial proposals. Deliver sales activity to meet or exceed sales & margin targets.
Customer Relationship Management -Strong account management organization to demonstrate customer growth in addition to new business.
Internal Relationship Building - Partner with ESKO’s internal marketing team to capitalize on business opportunities. Collaborate across all internal teams to ensure we provide the best solution to our customers.
Travel – ability to travel up to 50%
