You hold a Commercial CFC (CFC Employé-e de Commerce), or equivalent qualification; a bachelor degree in hospitality education is a plus. You have at least a 2-year work experience in an administrative position, preferably in an organisation with international clientele. You have an excellent level of English and French, both oral and written, and a good level of German. You are an efficient end-user of MS Office tools, customer focused and process and detailed oriented, and you are also able to prioritize and take initiatives. Admissions Officer


who will manage the following missions: 



  • Assess and process new student’s applications at undergraduate and postgraduate levels by issuing acceptance package including the acceptance letter, visa attestation, the proforma invoices, payment plan and welcome package.

  • Ensure that all student’s files are complete by the time of the student’s arrival and ensure they are scanned and attached to the student database for all departments that require access.

  • Liaise with Embassies and Cantonal/Federal authorities with regard to the student visa formalities.

  • Follow up on visa status prior the student’s registration and ensure timely coordination with IE team and other campus offices.

  • Check on all new student’s payments and update the status in our different databases (CRM/SIS).

  • Apply payment plans and scholarships when required and ensure supporting evidence is attached.

  • Update enrollment data on a daily basis and provide support in sending weekly enrollment/admission statistics to various departments on campus.

  • Participate in the student’s registration process during the official arrival days; liaise with marketing and academic departments on a regular basis to ensure to be always on top of all program changes and amend admission documentation accordingly.

  • Carry out and follow up on the collection of missing admission documents and the authentication procedure for the required original documents (Diploma, Final transcripts, English Certificate) to ensure that the students’ award eligibility is fulfilled from the admission perspective.
