Kopter Group AG specializes in the development, production, commercialization and support of a new generation of helicopters. It is based in the Zurich region and currently employs 250 people. Its first model, the single turbine SH09, offers the highest standards of safety, comfort and performance, coupled with low operating costs. Additionally, it provides the largest cabin/cargo volumes, outstanding modularity and the latest generation of electronic systems. Built for the most demanding missions, the SH09 helicopter is generating an excellent market response.


Your responsibilities



  • Join supplier audits

  • Aid in implementing the QMS

  • Perform NDT Inspections to support all departments

  • Develop on-the-job training programs

  • Implement quality procedures

  • Manage process improvement

  • Record all inspection findings in the applicable format

  • Ensure to have the correct functioning and maintenance of all equipment used during inspections 


Your qualifications



  • Experience in non-destructive testing (NDT) of composite structures, bonded assemblies and castings in aerospace according to EN 4179 or NAS410.

  • Knowledge of composites & phased array

  • Methods: ultrasonic, eddy current, fluorescent penetrant, magnetic particle inspection

  • Good written and oral communication skills in English and German, level B2

  • Ability to collaborate and work well with fellow team members

  • Pro-active, self-motivated and “Can-do” mentality

  • Willingness to travel occasionally and on short notice

Note: any proofs/licenses in the NDT area has to be attached otherwise we cannot review your application.
