Office Coordinator

We are looking for a part-time Office Coordinator in our EF office in Zurich, starting as of now!


As the central contact for internal and external queries, your duties will include:



  • Front Desk Management and general administrative duties (answering phones, mail distribution, welcoming internal and external visitors, giving information and assisting employees with their queries, updating of internal lists)

  • Office supply orders

  • Bookings of hotels, catering and conference rooms

  • Intranet updates

  • Negotiation of staff discounts and benefits

  • Internal event planning


 


Your profile



  • Professional experience in office administration desirable

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) and proficiency (written and spoken) in German 

  • Independent and capable to work under limited direction 

  • Process-driven and proven ability to work in a team

  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills, flexible and used to deal with competing priorities

  • Flexible and loyal personality with team spirit

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain strict confidentiality

  • Experienced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)

  • EU or EFTA nationality, or hold a work permit for Switzerland
