Qualifications & Experience:
2+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
Demonstrated experience in managing Paid Social campaigns; set-up, reporting, optimisation
Deep understanding of how Paid Social interacts with other paid media channels (paid search and programmatic)
Proven ability to think strategically, making credible recommendations that drive measurable results; identifies and pursues opportunities to grow business
Understands paid social campaign management technology (Sprinklr, Luminosity)
Experience working with financial data and budgets
Excellent communication and presentation skills both verbal and written
High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
Experience developing day to day client relationships and other cross functional teams
Experience supporting, developing and mentoring junior team members
Fluency in English is a must, other language skills are also desirable (German, French)
Responsibilities:
Ability to develop high level social strategy, leverage social across platforms and integrate social media into multi-channel marketing strategy
Own and manage the activation strategy and daily optimisation tasks
Manage campaign budgets and advises on recommended campaign optimisation
Ensure campaign delivery, performance and advertiser goals are being fulfilled as scheduled
Plan and manage campaigns and implements new initiatives that exceed client KPIs
Build strong relationships across client services teams
Preparing responses and media plans to meet brief proposals
Ensuring all accounts are being paced and budgets are managed accurately
Reviewing performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for delivering performance efficiencies
Preparing presentations and leading conference calls and face to face meetings
The accurate management of budgets adhering to finance processes
Working with team lead to develop campaign strategy and translate this into campaign delivery
Supporting the educating of consultant teams on how to fully utilise paid social
