Qualifications & Experience:



  • 2+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)

  • Demonstrated experience in managing Paid Social campaigns; set-up, reporting, optimisation

  • Deep understanding of how Paid Social interacts with other paid media channels (paid search and programmatic)

  • Proven ability to think strategically, making credible recommendations that drive measurable results; identifies and pursues opportunities to grow business

  • Understands paid social campaign management technology (Sprinklr, Luminosity)

  • Experience working with financial data and budgets



  • Excellent communication and presentation skills both verbal and written

  • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation

  • Experience developing day to day client relationships and other cross functional teams

  • Experience supporting, developing and mentoring junior team members

  • Fluency in English is a must, other language skills are also desirable (German, French)


Responsibilities:



  • Ability to develop high level social strategy, leverage social across platforms and integrate social media into multi-channel marketing strategy



  • Own and manage the activation strategy and daily optimisation tasks

  • Manage campaign budgets and advises on recommended campaign optimisation

  • Ensure campaign delivery, performance and advertiser goals are being fulfilled as scheduled

  • Plan and manage campaigns and implements new initiatives that exceed client KPIs

  • Build strong relationships across client services teams

  • Preparing responses and media plans to meet brief proposals

  • Ensuring all accounts are being paced and budgets are managed accurately

  • Reviewing performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for delivering performance efficiencies

  • Preparing presentations and leading conference calls and face to face meetings

  • The accurate management of budgets adhering to finance processes

  • Working with team lead to develop campaign strategy and translate this into campaign delivery

  • Supporting the educating of consultant teams on how to fully utilise paid social
