Mission


The Project Manager will deploy the new simplified process for service providers acquisition and ensure that compliance, cost efficiency and customer orientation are at the heart of the project.


 


Main responsibilities


Project implementation



  • Structure the project team and manage the different stakeholders so that they can streamline, simplify and rationalize their part, having the user experience, the cost efficiency and the compliance as key drivers. 

  • Lead the implementation of the service provider acquisition project and ensure the simplification of the 4 processes linked with the project.

  • Include some stakeholders from different departments to design, test and validate the process and the IT solution to ensure that user experience is at the heart of the project. 

  • Be the master to the procurement process definition from A to Z.

  • Be the key point of contact with the Information and Technology Department to implement the right solution to support the process.


Information and budget management



  • Give regular progress reports to the steering committee (indicators, slippage, obstacles, etc.) 

  • Manage the budget of the project and report on a frequent basis to the project owner and the sponsors.

  • Ensure formal validation of the key projects phases is obtained from the steering committee 

  • Establish the project closure (documents the experience/ knowledge acquired) 


Change management



  • Train the IOC and the stakeholders to the concept, the process and the tools. 

  • Ensure the highest possible user acceptance

  • Work in close relationship with the Business Engagement and Adoption team to drive the change

  • Drive the communication strategy with the Internal Communication team.


Project Administration



  • Complete the day to day operative tasks related to the project

  • Support the HRBP in the immigration process of service providers including advises to the business

  • Maintain the project roadmap and documentation in the dedicated Sharepoint
     


Education; language and IT competences



  • Proven experience in management of complex projects

  • Deep experience in process improvement

  • Proven experience in change management

  • Knowledge of international and multicultural environments

  • English and French as must.

  • Full proficiency in MS Office 365 and Sharepoint.
