What it's about

The Business Applications Analysis Group is closely aligned with the business teams and responsible for the analysis, onboarding and priorization of Partners Group’s major projects. Further, it takes care of the development, customization and on-going enhancement of our applications to best support the global business operations of Partners Group.

 

• Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats


• Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications


• Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements


• Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions


• Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information


• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed


• Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports


• Review a variety of areas including operations, purchasing, inventory, distribution and facilities


• Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations.

What we expect

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in IT, Business or related field of equivalent experience


• At least 5-7 years of experience in gathering technical and business requirements from end users and business unit leaders


• Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational


• Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive


• Ability to work independently and with others


• Well-organized with strong time-management skills

 

Desirable but not must

• Experience in private markets operation will be a strong plus


• Proven project management/Business Analysis certification like Prince2, PMP, CAPM, CSM, Agile, Safe etc.
