As the Medical Project Coordinator (MPC) you will work at Roche Pharma (Switzerland) AG, the Swiss affiliate of the Roche Group based in Basel-Stadt. We are a team of ca. 180 employees and cover Registration, Market Access & Health Care Affairs, Medical Affairs, Marketing & Sales, Governmental Affairs and Quality Assurance for the pharmaceuticals of Roche in Switzerland. Your responsibilities:



  • Project planning and organizational execution of medical and patient activities and solutions including logistics, tracking and archiving using various tools

  • Coordination of project and program activities, resources, equipment and information

  • Liaison with team members and other stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives

  • Planning and tracking of budget and costs, based on the latest finance tools in RPS

  • Management of contracts in relation to medical activities of any kind, including grants and sponsorships

  • Monitoring of project progress, management of project risks, and handling of issues that arise

  • Organizational planning and execution of medical advisory boards (including patient advisory boards)

  • Organizational and logistics support of medical activities at congresses and other scientific events

  • Acting as the point of contact and communication of project status to all relevant stakeholders

  • Proactive identification of opportunities for improving the execution and delivery of various activities and projects

  • Administrative support of medical teams, including scheduling of meetings and events, as required by line manager and supported medical team

  • Management of medical intranet pages and team drives


Your requirements:



  • High degree of motivation and agility to work in complex team structures, with numerous internal and external stakeholders

  • Understanding of project management principles, from conception to delivery

  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management; self-organized, able to prioritize

  • Results oriented, with a highly entrepreneurial mindset

  • Committed to customer centricity, with strong problem-solving skills

  • Friendly, passionate, engaged and open-minded

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent business education

  • Proven work experience in managing projects

  • Fluent in German and English, French as a plus
