We are looking for a budding marketing communications enthusiast to join our Strategic Communications department as trainee effective January 3, 2020. If you have some proficiency and understanding of campaign management, blogs, case studies, lead generation, newsletters, various video formats and social media content and additionally possess the technical know-how to use online communication tools as part of a defined strategy, you could be the right fit!

Job Requirements


 



  • Support the day-to-day management of the Infront digital ecosystem with respect to marketing communications and digital experience (website, digital workplace, content marketing, editorial calendar, paid advertising, SEO, social media, employee advocacy, DAM, analytics)

  • Support overall content planning

  • Support the design of targeted communication campaigns for one off projects and events

  • Optimise content creation and curation process by identifying the best tools and channels to support collaborative content creation and distribution

  • Data driven approach to capture insights to continuously measure and adjust communication and campaign objectives


Education



  • Advanced education (university degree or similar) with a preferred focus on corporate communications, marketing communications or digital marketing


Experience



  • Some work experience in the area of digital marketing, communication sciences, digital project management

  • Comprehension of digital platforms, content marketing systems and other emerging technologies

  • Understanding and exploitation of paid and owned media concepts

  • Ability to articulate fluently the digital and marketing communication approach to different levels of stakeholders


Skills & Competences



  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy

  • Comfortable working as part of a team as well as alone

  • Project management

  • Analytical with ability to identify engagement opportunities

  • Copywriting and messaging in English

  • Reporting with a focus on dashboards creation

  • Interest in topics within the global sports marketing industry

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite of applications

  • Knowledge of HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite and video creation and editing tools will be an added advantage


Language



  • Fluent English with German and/or French an added advantage
