2nd level supporter - IT Application Support / CRM / German / Zurich (50%)
We are looking for an experienced 2nd Level Support Specialist for our customer for immediate employment (or by agreement). We are looking for an employee working for A service-oriented and customer-oriented supporter for sales applications at an insurance company in Zurich. This is a 50% workload. There is flexibility in time management, but since it is a support function, we would like to spread the 50% over at least 4 days.
Areas of responsibility:
* Technical Support Field Service 2nd Level
* Management of ticket systems
* Cooperation with the 3rd Level Supports
Required Profile / Skills:
* Empathy / ability to work in a team
* Customer orientation and service mentality
* Good perceptive faculty and the ability and joy to actively engage in new

* Experience in IT support (preferably application support)
