We are bringing a new financial services paradigm to the crypto economy. In scope of our growth plans we are seeking for a Senior Funds Specialist as part of our Operations Team. In this role, you will report directly to our Head of Operations. 

In this function you will be responsible for the following:

• Custody control agent activities in a digital asset Fund context


• Assessment of NAV calculations provided by Asset Manager


• Control of investment decisions based on Fund prospectus


• Daily reconciliation of Fund unit allocation and shadow accounting


• Preparation and management of investment decision execution towards Trading unit


• Checking and instruction of subscription/redemption related payments

For you to become part of SEBA’s journey, we require the following set of experience:

• Experience in Funds area in financial institutions


• Securities product F2B know how


• Interest and affinity for blockchain/crypto


• Command in Microsoft Excel /Powerpoint/Outlook/Word/Visio


• Fluency in English and German, further languages are a plus

• Driver license


• Custody control agent function experience


• LEAN/Process Excellence know how
