Customer Support Manager PC-24 Maintenance

We are looking for a Team member in Customer Support PC-24 Aircraft Maintenance.

Your place of work:Stans, Schweiz

What you do:

• Customer Service Activities such as (preparing proposals and Invoices)


• Develop and establish processes for order processing.


• To ensure the Communication with internal and external interfaces.


• Monitor internal and external KPIs.


• Build up Customer Relationships

What you bring:

• Sound knowledge in AOG support


• Experienced customer support person for "Business Jet" Operators


• Willingness for flexible working hours and AOG duty


• Good german & english knowledge, french is an advantage


• Sound knowledge in IT (SAP, Word, Excel)


• Experienced in EASA Part-145
