Randstad is seeking an individual who has the drive to understand talent, help others develop, and connect their skills to meaningful work. You will use your strong communication, organizational and technological skills to drive all aspects of recruitment and provide exceptional customer service to our candidates and the client.
Your typical day includes
You connect with motivated candidates to learn about their skills, match them to job opportunities and develop pathways to help them achieve their career goals.
You leverage your social networks and industry communities to build a strong pipeline of in-demand candidates.
You own your workload and take initiative to deliver on commitments without letting distractions get in the way of success.
You grow into an expert and adapt to the fast-paced and changing world of work by asking questions and learning more about your areas of specialty.
You have a degree in business administration, marketing, human resources or equivalent working experience
Work experience as a recruiter is an advantage (ideally in an agency)
You are fluent in German and English, other languages would be a great asset(e.g. Portuguese, Russian, Spanish)
Regardless of your age, degree or experience, you are a very mature person
You are able to take a step back when you are under heavy pressure
You have experiences in managing the full recruitment life cycle
You are motivated and willing to go the extra mile
You are driven, determined and have a very positive mindset
You experienced in working with little supervision and/or a remote team and manager
You are a great communicator and have customer service skills
