Head of Digital Marketing (w/m) 80-100%

As part of the Marketing organization, our digital marketing team is in charge of planning and managing all paid online marketing campaigns. Main goal of all efforts is to promote our brand and convert our users to active customers.
Your responsibilities:

  • Develop digital marketing strategies focused on growth through a broad range of paid online marketing and performance channels

  • Ensure ongoing optimization of the applied tactics and adoption of new channels where relevant

  • Strengthen implementation of best practices and knowledge sharing within the company

  • Work closely with external and internal partners and competence centers

  • In your role as Head of Digital Marketing you will lead 1 internal Digital Marketing Manager


Your qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior digital marketing position with focus on online-platforms or e-commerce players

  • Ability to analyze and understand data in a marketing context, identify business opportunities and find quick wins

  • Strong understanding of all paid digital marketing channels, related marketing platforms (GAds, FB, Criteo, Bing, AppNexus, etc.)

  • Vast Experience in tactics to increase user acquisition, maximization and retention for web and apps

  • Master degree preferably in Business Administration, Communication, Computer Science or any related field

  • Enjoy working with different stakeholders across several functions

  • Problem-solver with a high ability in troubleshooting

  • (Additionally, preferred working knowledge in the following tools: Google Analytics, Tableau, Google Data Studio, BigQuery)
