For our client - a leading pharmaceutical company situated in Basel - we are contracting a:
QA Associate
- Responsible for group engagement and maintaining administrative tasks, including but not limited to team meetings, maintenance of the generic mailboxes, huddle and SQDEC engagement.
- Effectively maintain work time, including prioritization of tasks and adherence to timelines
- Actively monitor and analyze business process performance measures
- Notify Management of potential quality or regulatory issues that may affect product quality or regulatory compliance
- Drive Continuous Improvement activities ensuring that the processes become more effective and efficient
- Ensure appropriate delegation of tasks for absences
- Maintain training and follow all appropriate PQS documents to ensure compliance
- Provide support and collaboration with internal and external customers
- Actively drive and support all GxP inspections and audits, including preparation and while in progress
- Assure GMP/GDP compliance
- Adhere to Good Documentation Practices
- Global QA Temperature Excursion Management for clinical trials
- Global QA Complaint Management for clinical trials within Roche
- Global QA for distribution discrepancies
- Global Study Support
- Usage of Quality Systems for change records, document revisions, and tracking
actions
- Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry or Pharmacology with 1+ experience in industry OR
- Apprenticeship with several years of relevant experience
- Experience with GMP/GDP documentations
- Very good IT skills: MS Office, SAP etc.
- Fluency in English, fluent German is an asset
- Strong team player and communicative person
