Your responsibilities
Issue RFQ to suppliers in compliance with Supply Chain Management process and Buyers and Category Manager guidelines a strategy
Follow-up on suppliers offers to receive bids on time and in compliance with request
Upload files to the document management system
Provide SAP administration such as issuing Purchase Orders and Change Orders as well as manage invoicing process
Collect bank guarantees from Buyers and Category Managers and store them accordingly
Follow-up on bank guarantees validities
Request prolongation of the bank guarantees validities from suppliers in case needed
Ensure compliance with established processes and procedures within Supply Chain Management
Your experiences
Highly effective time management, planning and organization skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities
Strong customer focus and sensitive to multiple foreign cultures and interact with people of different nationalities at all levels in different locations
Excellent knowledge of SAP, eProcurement & MS-Office solutions
English knowledge other additional language is a plus
Previous working experience as Buyer for at least 2 years ideally within Power, Engineering or Civils industries
Total working experience minimum 5 years
