Description


We are looking for an experienced Director to take our product and service solutions to the next level in the B2B market, leveraging the worldwide Marketing, Sales, Customer Support/Success and Training teams. Your responsibilities will include ensuring Pix4D’s income, by optimizing our subscription business with the appropriate marketing and customer success, as well as the enterprise and service business.


The ideal candidate will be a strategist and a leader able to orientate the customer-facing activities to the most profitable direction while also implementing corporate Pix4D vision, mission and long term goals. Strong and effective management skills will be essential in this diverse and rapidly growing market.


The Director of Marketing, Sales and Customer Success shall steer the teams and help them to adapt to a rapidly evolving market, while achieving significant and profitable business results.


RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Direct, organize and efficiently manage Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams

  • Develop and execute the company’s business strategies, in collaboration with the CEO

  • Define corporate targets and performance indicators for all activities related to own areas

  • Ensure accuracy in sales planning and forecasting, allowing predictable results achievement

  • Communicate and maintain trust relationships with Pix4D’s entities, business partners, key customers and key prospects

  • Ensure staff alignment across the teams and foster their continued growth and engagement

  • Collaborate with all business units

  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with the Finance Department for the organization of the Sales operation

  • Manage the legal review process of internal and external documents related to Sales flows under revision of the external lawyers of the company


Requirements



  • Experience as a managing director

  • Strong interest in Pix4D’s technology and mapping applications

  • Thorough knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the company

  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Basic legal know-how to analyze complex information and make judgement calls with respect to the production of Sales related documents
