The role

• Verantwortung über das Vertriebs-, Personal- und Kostencontrolling


• Erstellung des monatlichen Reporting-Packages inkl. Analyse und Kommentierung von Budgetabweichungen


• Erstellung von Abweichungsanalysen inkl. Erarbeitung von Gegensteuerungsmaßnahmen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management


• Operative Unterstützung des lokalen Managements sowie des Sales- und Serviceteams


• Koordination und Durchführung der operativen Unternehmensplanung, der Zielsetzungen der Vertriebsteams sowie Erstellung und Analyse von Forecasts


• Unterstützung der monatlichen Abschlusserstellung inkl. aktive Steuerung internationaler Leistungsverrechnungen


• Analyse, Überarbeitung und Gestaltung von Unternehmensprozessen


• Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung eines modernen, transparenten und aussagekräftigen Controllings

What we need to see from you

• Abgeschlossenes, betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Finanz- und Rechnungswesen oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss


• 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling eines Unternehmens mit starker Verkaufsfokussierung


• Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (bevorzugt Navision) und Business Intelligence sowie sicherer Umgang mit dem MS Office-Paket, insbesondere Excel und Power Point


• Gutes Analyse- und Urteilsvermögen sowie Verständnis für komplexe Unternehmensprozesse


• Überdurchschnittliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit und starkes Durchsetzungsvermögen gepaart mit einer ausgeprägten Dienstleistungsorientierung


• Proaktive, eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, ein verbindliches Auftreten sowie Freude am Arbeiten in einem internationalen Team


• Fließende Deutschkenntsisse und sichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
