Présente en Suisse Romande depuis 1987, les 200 collaborateurs et collaboratrices qui la compose accompagnent ses clients depuis la réflexion stratégique jusqu'à la mise en œuvre de la solution et son support.


Afin de renforcer nos équipes, nous recherchons pour un de nos clients à Genève un(e) :

Business Analyst 


 


Business analysis:   



  • Understand, challenge and define Business Requirements by running brainstorming sessions,interviews, workshops and other requirements gathering techniques as appropriate 

  • Document functional, non-functional requirements & specifications, business rules and use case documentation

  • Analysis and mapping of the as-is and to-be capabilities and business processes, including definitions of the future roles, highlighting change elements and key data items

  • Understand the context of system use; identify the people who will apply the process, their needs, motivations, preferences and working conditions

  • With support from the Project Manager, manage project scope

  • Support project change management

  • Working in an agile methodology, manage Product Backlogs and document User Stories

  • Create and manage traceability matrixes that allow all requirements to be traced from business demand through to testing, defect management and delivery;  


   
Testing:



  • Contribute to the definition of the overall testing strategy

  • Document acceptance criteria and functional test cases

  • Execute functional tests 

  • Perform defect management, liaising with development teams and suppliers

  • Facilitate business acceptance and solution validation 


Training:



  • Support the handover and training 


 


Other:



  • Support and contribute to the definition of BA best practices – supporting BA peers, definition of standards and templates and continuous improvement


 


Background and experience:  



  • Min. 3 to 5 years experiences of Business Analysis

  • Good general knowledge of the IT world and technologies

  • Experience of Business Process Modelling (BPMN a plus); strong knowledge of MS Visio

  • Experience in Conceptual Data Modelling

  • Knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM a plus

  • Advanced university degree preferably in business administration and/or IT; specialised training in performance management an asset.

  • Business analysis certification (e.g. CCBA, CBAP) or other suitable professional certification is desirable.   

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French.
