Our Digital Business Services (DBS) covers infrastructure, applications, data and reporting, and projects, including Roll-ins, and delivers digital solutions to support productivity, growth, and customer experience. Today, DBS provides services and solutions for a comprehensive landscape of 38 core system applications, over 2500 servers and over 19,000 End User devices.

For our global Project Management Office organization we are looking for an experienced Manager IT Vendor Management 100% (f/m/d).

The position is located at our global operational headquarters in Greifensee, Zurich.

The Project Management Office team is a globally acting group that handles all cross-functional topics within the Digital Business Services Organization. The teams are covering Portfolio Management, Quality Management and Controls, Methodology and Processes, Vendor Management, Enterprise Architecture and Business Relations & Communication.


In this role, your responsibilities would include:



  • Vendor Performance Management (alignment of SLA and SLOs in collaboration with the Heads of the different DBS Functional Teams for the supplier)

  • Management of the Vendor Management Team

  • Regular Supplier Performance Reviews

  • Managing Request for Information/RFI or Request for Proposal/RFP) for IT procurement

  • Supplier Contract Management (Lifecycle Management for all contracts)

  • Software licensing contracts and license management including preparation for license audits

  • Alignment with Legal during contract negotiations

  • Contract Compliance Management

  • Supplier Invoice verification


Ihr Profil

Following requirements are necessary for this role:

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Business Systems, Economics or similar

  • At least 5 years of experience with vendor management in an IT environment

  • Management experience on functional or personnel level

  • Good understanding of IT processes and technologies

  • Very good experience with organization and execution of Request for Proposals

  • Initiative to drive topics on your own

  • Good team player with a critical yet result-oriented attitude

  • Great communication and presentation skills

  • Very good Leadership skills / Team Lead attitude

  • Ability to work in a global and fast moving environment (cultural awareness)

  • Willingness to travel (up to 20%)
