People and Culture gives first-class support to Forum staff, managers and leadership throughout their employment journey. The team is currently seeking to engage an intern who will help us to develop our salary planning design, workflow, process mapping and coordination. The intern will also participate in key people-related projects and initiatives, particularly in our Digital Transformation, Reward and Wellbeing, and Talent Agenda activities workstreams.

Reporting Lines & InteractionsThe intern will report to the Head of Reward and Wellbeing, collaborating more widely with members of the People and Culture team based in all global Forum offices. As a member of our team, the intern will be fully immersed in our activities and projects and gain great opportunities for exposure and insights into a career working with people. 
Main Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and coordinate our salary planning design, workflow, process mapping and coordination, in collaboration with P&C Leadership and Business Partners

  • Contribute to the integrity, accuracy and rigour of all people-related data sources, acting as the central point of contact for salary review process streamlining across different Forum office locations and vendors

  • Help us to design, define, improve and evolve our People and Culture strategy, focusing on activities that connect reward and wellbeing with our talent agenda

  • Partner with a network of external vendors to gather information, coordinate and document processes, both from a content and commercial perspective


The successful candidate will be assessed on:



  • Ability to analyse and manipulate large volumes of data from multiple sources, design and simplify processes, and support the successful delivery of projects.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels across the organization as well as external providers.

  • Efficiency in the daily organisation of a range of tasks and activities, including administration, budget coordination, meeting organisation, and report creation.


Preferred Requirements & Experience:



  • Working towards a bachelor level, or higher business-oriented degree; an interest in HR-related specialisms is an advantage

  • Proficient with a range of digital tools, such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook. Familiarity with project management tools (such as Wrike) and business intelligence tools

  • Strong interest in people-related topics, with a focus on reward and wellbeing and a willingness to apply evidence-based approach to address these topics

  • An enthusiasm to work with others, regardless of geographical location, functional, or hierarchical boundaries

  • A service orientation that puts the employee and colleague experience first

  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English; other languages an advantage

  • Profound curiosity and a willingness to think critically, generate insights, make recommendations, assess market trends, benchmark internally and externally, recognise patterns and emerging themes

  • Ability to confidently create and share compelling insights, helping to shape and influence the thinking of others
