For an international company in the global agribusiness market in Basel we are looking for a
Administrative Assistant - temporary assignment 100%, min. 1 year
Accountabilities
High level support for the Global Marketing Team
Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities
Arrangement of travel including visa, flight booking, hotel booking etc.
Arrangement of cusotmer visits on-site
Assisting in various daily operations
Managing documents and files
Greeting guests and visitors
Skills & Experiences
Commercial apprenticeship degree or similar (Kaufmännische Berufslehre)
proficient in German / English, French is an advantage
Experience as an Administrative Assistant
Well-organized
Customer focus
Productivity
Good technical, interpersonal and communication skills
Flexible
Teamwork and collaboration skills
