Administrative Assistant - temporary assignment 100%, min. 1 year


Accountabilities



  • High level support for the Global Marketing Team

  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities

  • Arrangement of travel including visa, flight booking, hotel booking etc.

  • Arrangement of cusotmer visits on-site

  • Assisting in various daily operations

  • Managing documents and files

  • Greeting guests and visitors


Skills & Experiences



  • Commercial apprenticeship degree or similar (Kaufmännische Berufslehre)

  • proficient in German / English, French is an advantage

  • Experience as an Administrative Assistant

  • Well-organized

  • Customer focus

  • Productivity

  • Good technical, interpersonal and communication skills

  • Flexible

  • Teamwork and collaboration skills
