We Offer

 

• In this unique and meaningful role you have the opportunity lead a team of test engineers in Zurich


• You will be part of an important department, responsible for tax calculation of all tax regimes around the world


• In this challenging role you will have the responsibility that tax calculation software is tested on all test stages and environments, along the test strategy


• You will have the opportunity to define and implement the automated test strategy for the tax calculation environment


• You can show your commitment to software quality by fulfilling the expectations of our stakeholders


• In this role you have the responsibility to ensure that the implemented software is accurate, complete and on a high quality, fulfilling the expectations of our customers


• Identifying synergies, redundancies, inconsistencies as well as improvement of test capabilities will be your responsibility


• As a member of our diverse and forward-thinking team you will participate in defining the test strategy, implementation and execution of test scenarios and test cases as well as creating test reports

You Offer

 

• You offer a University degree or similar education preferably in information technology or information management


• You have at least 5 years of professional experience with test management in an agile environment


• ISTQB certification “Certified Tester” Foundation or Advanced level


• Further you have a successful track record and understanding of test design, test execution and test automation


• You bring a profound banking-knowhow in tax, namely US Withholding Tax or FATCA; experience in using tools like HP QC/ALM, HP UFT or Selenium, JIRA and Confluence


• With your dedicated and committed appearance you easily build up and maintain a strong and successful relationship with your team members and stakeholders


• You are a well-structured, solution-oriented and autonomous personality with a positive can-do attitude


• Beside an open and team oriented attitude you show flexibility, initiative and a high sense of responsibility


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is required, German is an asset
