Job Description


lastminute.com is looking for a MS NAV Operation Specialist for its Application Operation team based in Chiasso.


Key Responsibilities



  • Monitor and follow up business critical processes

  • Dynamics NAV support to users

  • Introduce processes and design tools to correct repetitive errors

  • Analyze and classify tickets open by users by priority

  • Troubleshooting and continuous System improvements 

  • Design and follow procedures to ensure day by day support to users and to the company needs

  • ERP Setup and Operation activities

  • Collaborate with Business and other company departments

  • Contribute to knowledge base and knowledge transfer for Dynamics NAV activities

  • Provide training and on-going support to users


Qualifications


Essential



  • 3+ years of Dynamics NAV experience

  • Analytical and problem solving skills

  •  Advanced knowledge of Dynamics NAV modules and functionality including:  


                         - Experience with Dynamics NAV 2018
                         - Financial Management 
                         - Asset and Inventory Management
                         - G/L, Dimensions and Company configuration
                         - Purchase/Sales Modules
Desirable



  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to define applicable approach methodologies.

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken

  • Optimistic, flexible and with excellent relationship capabilities

  •  Experience in C/AL Coding is a plus
