Learning and Talent Coordinator - Zurich

In order to reinforce our HR department we are currently looking for an experienced Learning and Talent Coordinator to work closely with the Head of Learning and Talent Management. This is a great opportunity to partner with the Learning and Development (L&D) team at our operational HQ in Glattbrugg, Zurich, and to make an impact in this newly created role, ensuring learning and talent management is well coordinated and seamlessly delivered. In addition, this role will take care of the operational performance of ViTalent (internal branding for SAP Success Factors) on a daily basis as well as establishing and maintaining a connection between the technical support and the key stakeholders. In this role you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Learning co-ordination & administration

  • Coordinate and manage on-site logistics and administration for Learning and Talent programmes

  • Respond to customer requests, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and participants (internal/external partners)

  • Manage the relationship with external vendor contracts

  • Manage the annual Learning and Talent calendar

  • Be the first point of contact for L&D queries, including monitoring the inbox

  • Make sure training materials are available as necessary for delegates and programmes

  • Monitor attendance of training and gathering feedback afterwards

  • Invoice and keeping budget up to date

  • Ensure the smooth running of classroom based or virtual classroom training and that Learning and Talent tools are available and administrated as required

  • Monitor attendance of programmes and evaluate and produce reports on training activity

ViTalent

  • Super-user status for ViTalent

  • Management of the ViTalent system on a day-to-day basis so that the user experience is positive and the programme content is updated and relevant

  • Upload relevant courses, materials, and workshops into ViTalent

  • Provide required end user and admin training

  • Generate standard and ad hoc reporting

  • Ensure training records are accurately maintained using ViTalent

  • Provide support to business stakeholders to help them set up their content

We are looking for a person with great passion and enthusiasm for providing the right learning, development and talent opportunities to the organisation. The following requirements complete the profile we are searching for:

  • Experience of working in a Learning and Talent Management team

  • Experience of using a Learning Management System (LMS) to administer learning and development within an organisation; experience with support of set up and implementation of an LMS is a plus

  • Knowledge of Learning and Talent Management tools

  • Strong knowledge of IT packages particularly Excel and Powerpoint

  • Experience of liaising with external training suppliers

  • Experience of sending out learning and development communications to employees

  • Experience of producing online learning material for employees is a plus

  • Professional level in English, both in oral and in written communications

  • Fluency in French, German and/or Italian is a plus

  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry is a plus

  • Understanding of behavioral profiling tools (OPQ, MBTI, etc.) is a plus

In addition, you have strong organisational, planning and time management skills. You are able to manage processes and projects efficiently and communicate effectively (verbal and written). You are focused on our customers and their experience, build great relationships with key stakeholders and peers and are confident in negotiating with external vendors. You have a passion for delivering great results for stakeholders and the organisation.
