Business Controller (m/f) - Digital Products

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, collaborative and innovative team.  In your role you have ownership for the following subjects:

• Business and sparring partner for the Management team


• Support and execute budget plans and forecasts in a growing business


• Develop business cases and analyses for decision support regarding all digital products


• Identify and analyze deviations and potentials in order to clarify causes and derive the required action


• Handle material calculations for products to achieve a high level of transparency


• Consolidate existing information and prepare for management decision


• Actively support the further development and improvement of existing controlling systems, instruments and processes


• Ensure compliance with regard to internal processes and requirements.

For this position Schindler seeks people with a high interest in being part of the development of a new Business Area with a relevant degree in Finance or similar. such as a bachelor degree in business administration or commercial education with further qualification as certified controller.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in the area of finance/ controlling, ideally as Business Analyst or in finance projects, more experience is highly welcome


• Solid experience in product and process analysis


• Industry knowledge is very welcome


• Good spoken and written English, German is a plus
