To build up our Service business in the Eurasia countries (CIS and Turkey) we are looking for a proactive and dedicated


 


Area Sales Director Eurasia


 


After a thorough training period you will be independently and fully responsible for in the after sales business in our market segments for the Eurasia area.


 


The focus of your activity is:



  • Lead and grow the after-sales business activities of Burckhardt Compression in the Eurasia Area

  • Establishing new and maintaining existing, long-term relationships with our customers in the Eurasia area

  • Coordinate business with the dedicated BC agents in assigned area; develop them and search new in countries of no coverage

  • Contract development and negotiation with our clients in the assigned area

  • Preparing budget tenders as well as final technical and commercial tenders with lead time details

  • Close cooperation with our design departments and technical specialists

  • Responsible for initiating the order and transfer of received purchase orders to the execution phase

  • Responsible for accurate financial results and forecast reporting

  • Ensure that business activities are consistent with legal norms and group regulations

  • Travelling in the assigned market of approximately 50-70%


 


Preferably you have completed a mechanical engineering degree and you already have several years of experience with companies (EPC’s, end-user) in the field of Refineries, Gas transport & storage, Petrochemical & Chemical or Industrial gas. Knowledge of any complex equipment (reciprocating compressors preferred) as application, design or sales engineer or technical specialist as well as experience in the Russian as well as CIS market is a must. You have to have experiences on identification, development and acquisition of larger revamp and modernization projects of above mentioned equipment.


 


You are of a reliable and communicative nature and have strong analytical and organizational skills. You have a passion for customer focus, excellent negotiation skills both technical and commercially, a strong service orientation and enjoy working with people from different nationalities and different level in the organisations while being well aware and respectful for cultural differences. You already have experience with management of people and local branch or subsidiary. A high degree of independence and good communication skills in discussions with international characterizing your personality. You are fluent in the Russians as well as the English language both orally and written and possess good knowledge of MS-Office, SAP and CRM.
