To further develop our Service business in the Turkey and Azerbaijan we are looking for a proactive and dedicated


 


Senior Sales Manager (SOCAR Key Account)


 


After a thorough training period you will be independently and fully responsible for in the after sales business in our market segments mainly for SOCAR affiliates, but not only.


 


The focus of your activity is:



  • Lead and grow the after-sales business activities of Burckhardt Compression with defined customers

  • Establishing new and maintaining existing, long-term relationships with all needed levels at customers

  • Coordinate business with the dedicated BC agents in Azerbaijan and within team in Turkey

  • Contract development and negotiation with clients

  • Preparing budget tenders as well as final technical and commercial tenders with lead time details

  • Close cooperation with local as well as Regional team (mainly Sales Engineering)

  • Conduct intense customer visits for proactive business opportunities development

  • Be responsible for the marketing strategy towards SOCAR Group

  • Be responsible for meeting annual Sales targets and continuous development of Accounts

  • Ensure that business activities are consistent with legal norms and group regulations

  • Position based in Turkey


 


Preferably you have completed a mechanical engineering degree and you already have several years of experience with companies (EPC’s, end-user) in the field of Refineries, Gas transport & storage, Petrochemical & Chemical or Industrial gas – knowledge of SOCAR group is preferred. Knowledge of any complex equipment (reciprocating compressors preferred) as application, design or sales engineer or technical specialist as well as aftermarket sales activities.


 


You are of a reliable and communicative nature and have strong analytical and organizational skills. You have a passion for customer focus, excellent negotiation skills both technical and commercially, a strong service orientation and enjoy working with people. You already have experience with sales and/or business development. A high degree of independence and good communication skills in discussions with international characterizing your personality. You are fluent in the Turkish as well as the English language both orally and written and possess good knowledge of MS-Office, SAP and CRM.
