About the role

The Senior Business Analyst Sustainability performs “senior level” design and implementation work on business process & application projects, in “Application Project Delivery services” with either focus on a business process area of Sustainability

Key Responsibilities include

• Perform design sessions in the sustainability process area, at the senior level, can work independent


• Perform in an independent way full lifecycle project tasks: detailed design, build/configuration, testing, data design & coach data preparation by business users, training planning & execution, conversion planning & execution, go-live support. 


• Tasks cover all aspects of business change (processes, business data, supporting applications, organization alignment, enabling IT-infrastructure).  


• Supervises occasionally Junior Business Analysts in area of expertise. 


• In Application Maintenance & Support, provide Fit/Gap template governance. 


• Keeps up to speed with “best practice” evolution in sustainability business process area.

About you

• Master Degree in Commercial Engineering, Information Technology or similar


• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in an IM/IT field, within an international company


• Experience in Business Governance


• Proficient in business applications of the Barry Callebaut group (SAP, SalesForce.com, Google)


• Fluent in English
