The role

You will be part of the QA team to increase the quality by building an appropriate automation framework and tests. This is an opportunity to have a role in ensuring the highest quality standards and product integrity for a solution that is leveraged at scale today by many large-scale enterprise customers. The successful candidate will work in a collaborative, fast-paced integration/delivery environment and will be given the freedom for innovation.

What You’ll do

• Design, create, maintain and execute the test plan and strategy for Mobile applications iOS and Android


• Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and methodologies for product quality and solution validation


• Effectively write test scripts, create defects and test reports on assigned projects and tasks


• Perform manual testing and solution validation as required by the assigned project or task


• Effectively apply critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to efficiently identify the cause and effect of software and/or hardware related issues.


• Work closely with the developers the best way to cover the applications with automated test cases (unit tests, UI tests, Api tests or both) 


• Work closely with dev ops to integrate the automation in the deployment pipelines 

Requirements

• Bachelors' Degree in Computer Science


• Deep Mobile Automation Testing Experience: iOS and Android


• Very good experience in writing test cases


• Good knowledge of SQL


• Experience in testing API


• Experience with emulators/simulators


• Very good knowledge of Agile Software Development


• Fluent in English & ideally one or more other European languages


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience with Espresso, Android Studio, XCTestCase


• Experience working with public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)


• Experience with programming/scripting languages: Python, C# or VB.NET preferred


• Experience CI / CD tools - Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Bamboo or similar


• Experience with Git, JIRA


• Prior experience working with globally located teams


• Knowledge about CSS and XPath Selector 

Location: Nyon (Switzerland) or Krakow (Poland)
