Join our Customer Services Europe team for an exciting opportunity to support projects across Europe.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

• Coordinating customer centric initiatives in collaboration with Customer Service, Logistics, Legal & Finance departments, the Maisons, and the master data team


• Deploying customer centric initiatives in full compliance with the operating guidelines


• Performing customer centric initiatives reports, gap analysis and follow ups


• Performing data reporting and dashboards on operations performance main KPIs


• Facilitating trainings on processes


• Supporting group initiatives and department projects


• Contributing to continuous improvement in terms of systems & processes

 

Your profile:

 

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree


• Proven experience in Office suite (mainly Excel and PowerPoint)


• Fluent in English and ideally in French, any additional language is a plus


• You are structured, autonomous, hands-on and able to manage priorities


• Strong customer orientation and focus to deliver high level support to the business


• Taste for operations in a customer centric mindset and want to contribute to operations improvement within a multicultural environment


• Result driven and willing to work in a dynamic, diverse and challenging environment


• A real team player who enjoys sharing and communicating with peers, across functions and Maisons
