The role


Definition and implementation of standard processes across the sales organisation


                - Aligning processes with the organization's strategic goals


                - Preparation and presentation of decision documents


                - Act as special matter expert


                - Running trainings


                - Collect and define new requirements and ideas


                - Support the BiT team when testing new features


What we need to see from you


- Background within sales


                                - Understanding of the SoftwareONE business


                                - Experience with Dynamics 365 for Sales or other relevant CRM tools


                                - Ideally experience in process modelling


                                - Fluent English, German an advantage


                                - Structured and systematic way of working


                                - Able to meet deadlines


                                - High performance motivation, self-initiative and co-ordination


                                - Analytical and conceptual thinking skills as well as strong communication and team skills
