For our location in Glattbrugg we are looking for a Contract Management Specialist. In this function you will report directly to the Head of Legal Center of Excellence.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Electronic creation/execution/filing/ archiving/administration of contracts
  


• Ensure data quality and accuracy in Vifor Pharma’s Contract Life Cycle Management Tool and contract archives
  


• Create, maintain and update contract records in Vifor Pharma’s Contract Life Cycle Management Tool including capturing metadata, setting-up notifications, alerts and creation of reports in order to monitor the contract life-cycle and support internal business clients in managing their contractual relationships with third parties
  


• On-board, support and train users of Vifor Pharma’s Contract Life Cycle Management Tool, keep track of and document training records and provide refresher trainings as appropriate
  


• Perform technical maintenance and updating of the Vifor Pharma Contract Life Cycle Management Tool in collaboration with relevant internal and external functions and vendors

For this position we are looking for the following profile:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a contract manager in an international company, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector
  


• Experience with administration/management of contract management systems, ideally Apttus, salesforce platform as well as DocuSign
  


• Experience with Quality validation of software systems in a pharmaceutical environment and GxP requirements

Preferred: CAS Paralegal degree (or equivalent)

You describe yourself as a resilient and responsible person with distinctive teamwork and strong communication skills. You have the ability to work under pressure with an independent work style. Your experience in the field of SCM and your practice-oriented way of working ensure that you always have an overview and a pragmatic solution even in hectic situations.
