Your responsibilities: 

As a Senior Product Manager, your main goal is to ensure that our customers get the best product we can deliver. With your passion for e-commerce, you motivate the cross functional team you are leading to keep improving the product and help Ricardo grow, while balancing cost and effect of all you do. You have a vision and strategy for the product, and also base your decisions on data.

• You are a data ninja who helps people to make decisions based on facts


• You know how to prioritize and find the perfect trade off between, user, business and technology


• You dare to stand up and question whether we are working on the right problem


• You have a drive to improve not just the product but also yourself by constantly seeking feedback


• You thrive in a constantly progressing environment

 

Your experience:

• 5+ years experience of working with pure digital product


• Experience in A/B testing and analytics software like Google Analytics, Tableau


• UX design and/or human computer interaction/ user psychology and research is a bonus
