SonarSource is enjoying huge growth in headcount and have recently moved to a bigger office in Geneva. The team is therefore directly impacted by this expansion and need the hire an administrative assistant in Geneva to provide support to the existing team and help achieve the team mission :


"Organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Our role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness and communication."


On a daily basis, you will


handle the company purchases worldwide


process employee expenses


take care of organizing and archiving contracts
