Votre mission

The Financial Systems Solution Analyst has full platform ownership on multiple platforms. He/ She is the sole analyst on these. He/ She ensures its evolution in line with Architects guidance and take care of the effective treatment of incidents enabling seamless operations.

Vos responsabilités

• Handle all requests (new functionalities and bugs) coming from business stakeholders ensuring an adequate answer is provided (include arbitrage on whether a development is justified or not)


• Support functional requirements definition by guiding business stakeholders to define the best/simpler solution to their needs.


• Submit technical architecture to the architects for review and ensure that the architecture guidance is strictly adhered to by the developers


• Act as an Agile product owner

• Create user stories (Jira)


• Conduct sprint planning and prioritization session


• Be the direct (and almost sole) interface to developers


• Answer questions and follow-up with developers and business

• Ensure a first layer of integration & functional testing on delivered functionalities and organize detailed testing with relevant business stakeholders


• Support production deployment and operations (no on-call)


• The Financial Systems Solution Analyst is also expected to define and support the implementation of functional monitoring where needed.


• The platforms portfolio that must be covered includes notably all customer’s financial flows: billing, collection, payment management, Account Receivable etc.

Vos contributions

• A robust technical knowledge is needed (peer-to-peer exchange with developers), this includes notably a perfect command of SQL.


• Rational, structured, independent, fast learner


• Flexible as work outside of standard working hours is sometime needed


• Self-motivated and Solution oriented


• Language: French and English needed, German is a plus.


• Knowledge of SAP landscape is a plus
