HR Administration Specialist

To support our HR & Services Division, FIFA is looking to recruit a service-oriented and motivated person as a HR Administration Specialist 80 - 100% (temporary contract of 8 months).

Your duties



  • Supporting HR Business Partners & Recruiting specialists in managing the administrative life-cycle of employees within their assigned divisions (approx. 320 staff)

  • Handling work permit requests, enrolling staff on to the various insurances, organizing and providing welcome sessions for new employees, coordinating any relocations to Switzerland, making any necessary travel bookings

  • Acting as the first point of contact for HR-related queries

  • Preparing contract amendments, drafting and issuing interim and final work certificates, absence management, updating and maintaining the HR database and internal HR systems

  • Social insurances: liaising with employees and relevant authorities regarding maternity, short and long-term sickness, pension fund, accident cases, following up on pending cases and contact with authorities

  • Ensuring monthly Payroll adjustments are ready for the payroll

  • Providing support and advice to employees regarding HR directives and HR systems


 


Our requirements



  • Commercial education, preferably a Federal certification of HR Professional (eidg. Personalfachmann / -frau)

  • At least three years of experience in Swiss HR administration

  • Very good knowledge of MS Office

  • Knowledge of a personal data information system (SAP) required, affinity for other IT-Tools is preferred

  • Languages: fluent in German and English is a must, any other language is a plus

  • Team-oriented and reliable person with an high level of sense of responsibility

  • Exceptional attention to detail, discrete and trustworthy
