Your responsibilities
Responsible for overhaul and retrofit projects from the planning of offers to project execution
Proactive customer care to identify customer needs and new projects as well as for long-term customer loyalty
Manage and coordinate interdisciplinary project teams (sales, contract management, engineering, construction, health & safety, plant, controlling, construction site management)
Identify project-specific risks to ensure risk-minimized processing
Evaluate project versions under the aspects of overall efficiency of a plant as well as the possibilities for increasing performance
Co-organization of warranty processing and claim management for existing EfW plants
Prepare calculations and customer-specific offers
Responsible for allocated bid and project budgets
Cooperate with international partners and suppliers
Prepare project-specific schedules, resource planning, progress monitoring and final reports (including project handling and transition documentation and manufacturer's declaration)
Travel activity 20%
Your experiences
Degree in process or mechanical engineering or mechanical engineering technician
Several years of experience in handling conversions and/or revisions of thermal power plants is highly appreciated
Good project management and product knowledge
Good user knowledge of MS-Office, knowledge of PIRS and SAP is an advantage
Goal- and customer-oriented work technology organization
Fluent in English and German, very good knowledge of French is an advantage
Convincing appearance and hands-on attitude
