Your Responsibilities:
Job Purpose
You support the Line Managers Department and respective Task (Assistant Task Allocation Matrix) assigned from other Functional Areas with administrative support and specific Process, Projects or Subject Matter responsibilities to ensure a smooth business operation.
Key Responsibilities
• Administrative Support for organizations of Meetings, Events, Travel and Expenses
• Operational Support to Therapeutic Areas (incl. Sales-, Marketing-, Medical-Activities, SMGC, PO, ZINC, Events, Promo-Items)
• Operational Support (incl. Procurement, Pricing & Reimbursement, Drug Donations, Sponsoring)
• Operational Support for Copy Approval, Med. Governance, Med. Info, PV
• Operational Support to Procurement Process, Car Leasing, Mobile Phones
• Operational Support to Controlled document management, Contract Management, Training Management
• Operational Support to Flu Order Management
• Support and performs Management Monitoring, Self-inspections and audits
• Specialist Roles
• Project and Subject Matter Activities and Responsibilities
• Active driver to Continuous Improvement for internal efficiency and extern effectiveness
Why You?Basic qualifications:
• Higher Education (equivalent of Berufslehre), Kaufmann/Kauffrau
• 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Native German, fluent English, understanding of French

• Problem solving skills
• Cross functional work experience
