We are searching for a Corporate Communications Manager, Corporate Positioning and Branding to join our Global Communications team at our Operation Headquarter in Glattbrugg, Zurich. In this position, you will report to Corporate Communications. Your tasks and responsibilities will include: 

• Responsible for development and maintenance of regular updates to all corporate materials including company fact sheets, boilerplates, Wikipedia entry, company presentation, company video
  


• Support with the development and implementation of the global corporate positioning strategy and company narrative
  


• Content development and project management of the Corporate Responsibility report and amplification of supporting assets at launch and throughout the year
  


• Creative development of employee videos, including storyboard development, management of agencies, edits, stakeholder alignment, strategy development of roll-out communications
  


• Support the development and roll-out of branding toolkit, including branding guidelines, company positioning and development of overarching narrative, Press Release template, branded materials social post look and feel, Congress materials
  


• Work closely with Corporate Positioning Head responsible for leading all Corporate Positioning, Branding and CSR work
  


• Management of agencies and related partners
  


• Monitor and share external CSR insights that may have an impact on the company and activity
  


• Amplification of corporate materials across all internal and external channels
  


• Support with the development and implementation of toolkits in order to collaborate and support local country teams with branding and engagement activity and oversee local roll out

We would like to welcome the following experience and skills for the role:

• 6 years' of experience in corporate communications, having worked in-house or in agencies
  


• Experience in an international corporate environment; relevant working experience
  


• University degree; preferably in Communications, Journalism, Business Administration
  


• Strong organisation and project management skills
  


• Outstanding writing skills
  


• Communications background in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry nice to have
  


• Stakeholder engagement and alliance building expertise
  


• Track record in successfully collaborating with cross-functional and cross-country teams
  


• High proficiency in English, German is a benefit

You are effective at communicating with stakeholders at all levels within an organisation with tact and diplomacy. You demonstrate a sense of ownership, possess outstanding project management skills and pay close attention to detail. You are good at sensing and setting the right priorities, and are flexible enough to act with a sense of urgency if needed. With an appropriate level of gravitas and persistence you advance projects even if unexpected challenges arise. You are a committed team player and a pleasure to work with.

This position is limited for 6 months.
