ABOUT YOUWe are currently hiring a Business Planning & Market Insights Senior Manager for our dynamic Business Operations and Marketing Excellence team. In this role you will be a key player to improve our brand potential, prepare an effective communication and increase the effectiveness of our market research design & process.Your responsibilities will include:

Strategic Planning:

• Leads the framing of the business questions and guide direct reports in the identification of information needs and development of research/data analysis plans


• Act as primary focal point for brand teams’ analysis/insights needs 


• Supports the planning process via direction of market-based situation analysis to identify issues/opportunities and identify strategies/actions to address 


• Manages overall market research process and budget

Insights Generation: 

• Provides Brand Team with primary and secondary market research to provide insights on markets and customers to help develop strategy as well as operational level tactics 


• Drives the development of innovative solutions to complex, unstructured problems. Influences the development of strategic and tactical priorities through the planning process and ad-hoc analyses 

Education & Leadership 

• Develops presentations and messages with clear storylines and concise conclusions and recommendations aligned with the strategies and objectives for the organization and the brands 


• Proactively educates, shares information and acts as an experienced resource and advisor across brand portfolio

We would like to welcome the following experience and skills for the role:

• BA in business administration, statistics or related education


• Minimum 5 years related experience in previous position(s)


• Excellent analytical skills • Relevant experience in project management


• Strong reporting & communication skills


• Familiarity with secondary research sources


• Experience in life science and/or public health environment


• Basic understanding of and substantial interest in pharmaceutical area


• Structured and diligent work approach


• Knowledge of questionnaire design, data analysis techniques and statistics


• Relevant computer skills (PPT, Excel, Word, etc.)


• Professional level in English, both in oral and in written communications


• Tenure in at least one job for at least 2 years
