Textile Manufacturing Industrial Engineer

HUGO BOSS Ticino SA, located in Coldrerio Switzerland, masters the fashion flow for all the Brands of the product groups Shirt & Neckwear, Knitwear, Bodywear & Hosiery, Shoes & Leather Accessories supported by a Business Services Unit.

Sited within our Development Center, part of Shirt & Neckwear Product Division, the role we are searching for will refer to the Department Head of., acting as main point of reference for the development and industrialization continuous improvement. He/she will be in charge of the following tasks

• Industrialization flow monitoring, tracking and upgrade;


• Production lines improvement being able to analyze and guide new layouts plans, workflows setting, machineries equipment requirement and digital tools innovation;


• Process and product quality management, reporting and progress;


• Internal (Creative, development, technical, purchasing teams) as well as external (global vendors) international interfaces management;


• Training delivery on continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing approach.

• Have an Engineering Degree and at least  three years’ experience in similar role developed within textile international companies;


• Have excellent computer skills especially MS Office, Data Base Management System, ERP (SAP would be a plus) and production process tools;


• Have proficient English and good Italian knowledge;


• Have a strong organization and implementation mind set, be innovation driven and proactive.


• Be able to communicate and negotiate in a proper and effective way and be a strong improvement influencer;


• Be available to travel at least 15% total working time.
