We're looking for a User Access Administrator to join us in Zurich.

What you'll do


As a User Access Administrator you will play a vital Role to ensure the expectation is met according to the company regulation as well as to audit findings, as it is important GDPR cannot be neglected. User Access Administration also involves automation of generic task for which we use IIQ, Sales Point Identity Access Management to provision access rights. The goal keeper of this position should be capable of contributing possibilities for automations. Although we fit under a large organization the team based in Zürich is rather small so therefore for this role also apply certain task that fall under the first level support. It consists of dealing with End User reporting’s based on issues on the end user platform. Therefor the applicant should have a good common sense of End User platforms in a Citrix environment as well as in a common Desktop field. Further the role implies regular user access entitlements reviews according to obliged processes by internal IT security.


Your responsibilities will include:



  • Manage, Maintain and Support User access rights throughout the organization

  • Supports Users with SmartCard issues, handling Certificates errors and password resets

  • Manages and supports the JML (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) process in Active Directory

  • Supports Users with account issues in several 3rd party Applications

  • Works closely with service delivery and operations to ensure quality, standards and goals are met

  • Follows standard change management process.

  • Is involved in automation processes in IIQ.

  • Actively monitors the ticketing system and solves or dispatches issues accordingly

  • Maintains knowledge base for user based issues and user access related processes


The skills you'll need


We’re looking for someone with broad experience and knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and the ability to understand complex relationships and develop solutions.


We’ll also expect the role to demonstrate:



  • Good Knowledge of Exchange mail user administration

  • Good Knowledge in Office products

  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft OS platform, Server and Client

  • Good Knowledge in scripting e.g Powershell
