Job description

  • At least 10 years of experience in equity or fixed income sales, as well as distribution of investment banking transactions (primary equity or debt transactions, private placements, etc.) in reputable financial institutions

  • Established network of contacts in the industry, in particular among private equity, debt funds and family offices

  • Strong results-driven approach 

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business and products 

  • Ability to self-generate business

  • Highly motivated, team-oriented, with an entrepreneurial spirit

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills

  • Fluent in English and French, other languages a strong plus

  • Swiss residence

  • Ensure broad and efficient distribution of corporate finance transactions (M&A, equity or debt placements) originated and executed by the bank to various financial institutions such as banks, private debt and equity funds, family offices, asset managers, hedge funds, special situations funds and specialist emerging markets funds

  • Develop, manage and maintain institutional relationships across jurisdictions, mainly in Western Europe and in other geographies as appropriate

  • Ensure efficient dialogue with institutional funds and identify potential corporate finance deal situations (secondary asset disposals, co-investments, etc.) from the buy-side
