Job description:
You are responsible for maximising the value chain to deliver the product and the work of the Development Team. The role will mainly have to cover:
Leading and coaching key areas of the Bank in this way to become agile
Planning agile implementations within the Bank
Helping employees and stakeholders understand and enact agile and MVP product development
Causing change that increases the productivity of the team
Working with other teams to increase the effectiveness of the application to become agile in the Bank
Requirements:
University degree or equivalent either in computer science, engineering or business informatics
Proven track record in business analysis, consulting
Proven track record in delivery of digital propositions
Knowledge of state of the art in digitalisation
Perfect English, written and spoken
